Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

seeing boyfriend for over a year/bought 2009 truck with the belief that we would be together for a long time-paid in full by check...he put it in his name..I should have spoken up..i'm shy/we broke up 2 mo. later(he got violent - splintered a kitchen chair) I ran n never went back...can i get the truck back?

That is an interesting question. I'm not sure of the answer. It appears to me to be a completed gift and it doesn't seem to fit into the category of a conditional gift such as an engagement ring so my best guess is that you cannot get it back. However, you indicate that he was the one that put it in his name. That may give you some basis for an argument.
