Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

Hello, I brought a dog on Wednesday on Friday I texted the owner saying the dog was sick because her behavior wasn't right he kept trying tell me she was healthy. This morning I found the dog dead, so I wanted to know if they aren't willing to give me my money back do I have a case? Because they told me the dog was healthy and I only had her 2 days and now she's dead so clearly they lied

What did the vet say if the vet can indicate that the problem was an obvious one you may be able to do something but ou have to proove the previous owner knew and withheld the information from you. I suggest you speak with an attorney to go over the facts to see if it is worth pursuing in small claims court. of course I would speak with former owners first.
