If I buy a car from a dealer "As Is" can i return that purchase within a matter of days if i'm not satified with the purchase?

Absolutely not. You should never purchase a vehicle AS IS, that means that you are taking it with all known and unknown defects.
Even if the vehicle were new, you dont have an automatic right of return
