Buyers Remorse PA Car

My mother signed contractual paperwork for a new car from a dealer. She paid a deposit with her credit card. She then decided the next day that she did not want the car. Is there any law that would allow her to cancel the order?

She has 3 days to cancel the contract from the day it was signed under the Consumer Protection Act.
