Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

I had called Mitsubishi repair customer service who had sent a contractor into my house that caused damage to my hardwood floor. is my issue with the contractor or Mitsubishi ? I have called both and neither say they are responsible.

This involves the issue of whether the contractor was employed by Mitsubishi or is an independent contractor. In the latter case each would have their own insurance. In any event you probably have a claim against either or both of the parties. I suggest you review all documents and facts with an attorney.
