Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Cancel Automobile Purchase
My father, 73 yrs old, purchased a 2005 explorer with
over 25,000 miles for over $30,000...financed for 6 years. Needless to say this was not a very good deal.
I called the Dealer to cancel, and they were quick to
let me know that in PA, you can not recind a contract.
How can I get my father out of this contract?
