car buying

bought a car and signed papers , car isn't ready for 2 days and no money down. found a better deal elsewhere in mean time. can i leagally back out of first deal

In general, with the facts that you have provided, you would not be able to back out of the first deal. The 'wiggle room' that I would explore is the reason that the car is not ready but I am not sure if this is going to help you much here. If the difference is significant in terms of dollars then you should have a lawyer look at the contract asap for an opinion.
