Used car buying
When buying a used car from a dealer, are they responsible for disclosing history details (prior owners, wrecks, floods, etc) or is this the consumer's responsibility (carFax)

You have to ask specific questions. Was the vehicle in an accident? Who were the prior owners?
Floods are a little different, they need to disclose that, but the others, it is your responsibility to ask specific questions.
