car purchase
If someone purchases a car, then 2 days later changes mind and wants to purchase a different car from same dealer, what are their rights in getting transaction reversed ?

You do not have the right to have the transaction reversed. That is a common, but incorrect, understanding of law. The three day right of recission that you may be thinking of only applies where the salesman first contacts you, at your home.
