charges made on credit card
Paid a cable bill for gandson with credit card. He did not return their equipment and they charged my credit card for the equipment without my
consent.

How much was the equipment worth? Did you buy the equipment outright....if so, your only option is to sue your grandson, if he is unwilling to repay you. Or you may try to cancel your purchase requested by the company, but then be prepared for a possible civil / criminal suit against yourself.
