Re: children in bars
You asked about children in bars.
To my knowledge there is no bar to children in bars as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If a person is under 21 (the legal age for drinking) a bar can prohibit entry to anyone. There are arguments that could be made that allowing a child at a bar would be child endangerment but I cannot speak to that. Of course this does not include clubs where there is adult entertainment where there would be a pro se child endangerment aspect.

Roger
