Civil Suit
Aconstable came into my place of employment and told my boss I was being sued by a credit card company. Is he allowed to do that?

The constable will go wherever he is directed to go. If the Plaintiff (CC Company) directed him to go to your place of employment, the service of the complaint is invalid. (You still need to respond though, by filing Preliminary Objections). In addition, if they knew that was your place of employment, that may be a violation of the FDCPA.
