Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

getting out of a contract

My husband signed a contract with the Washington Redskins for season tickets. The contract was not dated but was signed by his father and him. I was wondering if there is anything that can be done to get out of it. I was wondering if there is a time frame that you can get out of a contract

Re: getting out of a contract

You don't give many facts here so a lot of variables could come into play. So I will say this: the most often used defense is the "ostrich approach"--one of the contracting parties just ignores the other as if they never signed the contract. I call them "ostriches" until they are called "defendants" because that is what they normally become. Don't use this approach!

Contracts is one of the most esoteric subjects in law school, you need to talk to a lawyer about this. There may be a defense to the contract, but legal consults are sometimes like medical examinations, with diagnostic questions designed to get to the right answer.
