Not as such, in the sense of a requirement for all types of contracts. In different settings, there are various regulations which may set a minimum, such as finance contracts, auto sales, home improvement, and certain types of clauses may have to be "conspicuous."

Pennsylvania has a Plain Language law that says consumer contracts should have a typeface and size that is "easy to read" but it doesn't specify a size. This statute is also riddled with exceptions so it's not all that much help. It doesn't make the offending contract invalid.
