Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
I have a court hearing for rented furniture. Do I have an option to return the furniture back at the hearing?

You do not give me enough information. Is the hearing for past due rental? See your contract, but I am willing to bet that faili ng to pay constitutes a breach of the contract and obligates you to return the furniture or buy it outright if you want to keep it.
If you want me to review your contract for a fee, feel free to contact me.
As a rule - there are plenty of places to get used decent furniture. Avoid these rental places. No, the used stuff may not be as nice, but these places are overcharging you. Better to save up and buy something outright than pay these predators.
