Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
A credit card company got a judgment against my husband almost 10 years ago. It was never paid and never on his credit report. It has since been sold to a collection company. The company has just now started with a writ for revival. Can they still due this after all this time.

Yes. Once there is a judgment it stays there. You may want to file an answer to the writ of revival contesting it on grounds that it is untimely (the time to file a writ of revival is 5 years) but the case law is against you and the judgment will probably be revived.
