Credit cards not paid
I have credit cards I have not paid. and was served Complaint in civil Actions papers, the cards were opened based on my husbands income since I was not working and have not worked for the last 8 years. What can happen i can not pay this credit cards.

I do not have sufficient information. Were the cards in both your name and your husband? If so you are both obligated for the debt. Are you and your husband both being sued. In any event you must respond to the complaint within the appropriate time or a default judgement may be entered against you. You should consult with an attorney immediately to review the complaint and determine if there are any defenses or objections that may be asserted.
