Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
My daughter entered into a loan with J D Byrider, and was lied to about the way the loan was to work, bought a car priced 5 times its' value , has paid 340.00 for 8 months and the balance on the load has only dropped maybe 900.00. and has 3 years on this thing yet > HELP

if the interest rate is too high, simply refinance with another institution.
If you can explain exactly how you were lied to, regarding the terms, perhaps further discussion is warranted.
