Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Direct TV lawsuits
I have been notified by a Nationwide Credit agent that a judgment for $11,000+ has been awarded to Birect Tv and they want to collect. This is news to me. Has and judgements been given to Direct TV without a trail taking place? How do I find out if this has happened to me in the Penna Court Systems?

Ask the agency for a copyt of the judgement. The paper should include the Court and the Docket Number. With that an attorny can determine if a petition to open a default judgement can be filed. I offer free consultations.
