Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
fair pacaging and labeling act
Hello, recently my wife and I purchased a brand of nectar juice from a local store. When we took it home I opened it,poured a glass, and drank the glass of juice, My wife looked at the label and realized that the stamp said good before April 19 2009, but under it in real smal font was printed ''good before Dec 07'' I quickly spit the juice out and no longer then an hour I experienced agonizing diarhea, stommach pain, and slight blood in my saliva. I need to know my rights concerning this, and what civil amenities I can sue for.
Thanks

Be sure you keep the bottle or container and the label. Did you seek medical attention? did you have the contents analized? you should speak with an atorney at once to discuss this matter further.
