Financial Loss
Regardless of the fact that I expressed my anxiety about remaining in a risky financial portfolio, my advisor did not switch me to a money market account as I requested. He placed me in a bond fund that lost an additional several thousand dollars over a three month period. Can I sue to recover any of these financial losses? Thanks.

You should consult with an attorney about this matter. If you can prove you requested something to be done with your financial portfolio and your advisor did not do it you may have a claim. There is a a difference between expressing anxiety about being in an investment and actuall stating preferably in writing that an investment be reallocated or changed. Whether you can sue or must engage in an arbitration is another issue. In any event you should contact an attoreny at once.
