Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

Fraud

I have recently purchased a ''certified used vehicle '' I was told about how great they inspect the vehicle and about how it qualifys for a extended warranty. I have had problems with it since and has been in and out of the shop. this last month it was in three times for same problem and other problems were found along the way. I decided to do some research about ''certified vehicles'' Well I found a a check list of things they are supposed to check and fix . I have found proof that this vehicle should have never passed inspection to be a Certified vehicle. I also contacted The main company of the vehicle and they have no documents or statments that this was to be sold as Certified. So the place I bought it from is just passing vehicals and selling them as certified and charging people extra for extended warrantys. Im not sure what can be done about this .

Re: Fraud

Sounds like you may want to retain an attorney to look at this. What could be done would likely depend on what you signed with the dealer but that still might not be an impediment to successfully obtaining a judgment.
