Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Hello
I bought a new range that i do not like. It is a glass top and i thought i would like it but it takes to much care and time. What I want to know is if I am able to return it? I only got it on Jan.4

What is the store policy? Have you checked with them?

Unless the store wants to accommodate your request, NO! If they took it back, they can not sell it as new, so they would have to take a loss. If you are really unhappy with the new stove, and they say no to returning it, I'd ask if they would take it back is you bought another stove from them, and offer to pay a "restocking" fee, to compensate them for the loss they would take. That would be fair.
