holding final paycheck
Can an employer hold a final paycheck for items that they say we have but we don't.

In most instances an employer cannot withold pay that is earned. In order to provide you with accurate advice I need more information. What was your position, how were you paid (hourly, salary, commission), what does your employer claim?
