Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Horrible car buying experience
I heard that the car company can not treat me like a second class citizen because I have poor credit. I wanted to know if this was true, and if my experience fell under this category. I sat at a car dealership for eight hours trying to get an approval for a car, only getting updates at most one an hour. I was told that the other customers were getting put ahead of me because they were able to make deals with the banks faster for them.

Re: Horrible car buying experience
there is insufficient information to determine whether anything the car dealer did provides an actionable case for you. You should consult with an attorney to provide more information other then the fact that your credit situation may have made it more difficult to process a loan. Were you some how treated differently because of your race, nationality age, because of a perceived disability. this would be relevant.
