Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

landscaping disclaimer

We hired a landscaper to do work and paid for the work. It was completed. Then two days later he dropped off a disclaimer in regard to the weed control he put in the yard, saying it is only so effective. He signed it; we did not. Is it legal to give a disclaimer after work has been performed?

Re: landscaping disclaimer

You asked about a waiver provided after work was done.

Probably not binding.

You could have some fun with the guy. Call him up and tell him that you don't agree with the waiver and you would like him to remove the product.

Regards,

Roger
