Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Lemon Law
My son owns a quad which has been in the shop, over the last 4 months, at least 6 weeks cumulative and the shop can never seem to fix the problem. Is there any type of ''Lemon Law'' to cover this? I know the specific Lemon Law in PA does not, but is there any help?

Re: Lemon Law
If there was no outright fraud, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose may apply. These are highly fact sensative as the court must read them into the contract for sale. I offer free consultations.
