Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Local Wendy's restaraunt issue
I went to the local Wendy's restaraunt today (11/13/2007) ordered a double cheeseburger and a small chili with cheese.
When i started eating the chili i found a sharp piece of plastic from a bottle in the chili. I took photos of it and confronted the manager about it, she asked me if i want another chili i said '' i don't think so'' they never even apologized.
Do i have a case here?

Where is the cheeseburger now? If the answer is anything other than "In my freezer", then you have no case.
