Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Lost/Stolen Guitar
8 years ago I sent my guitar to a music store for repair. They told me they will send it to a friend of his for repairs. The store never called to tell me to pick it up, and with other things going on, it was not one of my top priorities. The guitar has alot of sentimental and dollar value to it, and I would really like to have it back, or get something of equal value from the store. How should I get this? Threaten for a lawsuit?

I mean no disrespect at all, but you can't be serious. 8 years? You've had other things going on for 8 years?
Call the store, speak to the owner/manager, and see if they will voluntarily do anything.
