Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
mail orders
three times I have ordered from the Lakeside Collection via fax, all 3 times, lakeside has sent duplicate product and charged my credit card accordingly. when I complain they tell me to send the unordered items back, at my expense and then they will credit my card plus their postage rate. Is this legal to charge my card for unordered duplicates?

Re: mail orders
It may or may not be something illegal but it is likely they just dont have their act together as a business. The question is why do you keep ordering from them?
