Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

Mobile home sale

I'm selling my mobile home in PA and the buyer is wanting me to finance it, what form can I download that will cover all the bases for interest, payments, insurance and myself as a lienholder etc. I am planning on moving out of the state of PA to TN and need to be covered if they default on payments. Thanks so much for your help in this area.
