Sure. If I knew your name I could find out if you've ever been arrested and/or convicted anyplace in PA, for free. Even traffic tickets. If I wanted to spend $30.00, I could find out if you have ever been arrested or convicted anyplace in the US, whether you've ever been sued or had any other contacts with state, local or federal agencies. Also, prior addresses, prior marriages, and just about anything else you can think of. Generally, only prior convictions of certain crimes are admissable in court proceedings for custody.
