Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
When I moved in to my house the previous owners oil company put oil in my tank and sent me the bill. They did not offer to pump it out. I have no written or verbal agreement with this company and now they sent it to a credit collection agency since I would not agree to their price per gallon. What can I do to get this off my credit score?
