Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
I paid an exterminator $600 for the removal of squirrels in my home. When the job was completed the squirrels continue to enter and exit my home. I have asked the exterminator to redo the job or return my money and he refuses. My question is: do I have any legal options to resolve this matter?

Assuming the exterminator did not do the job in a professional manner then it could be argued he did not perform the contract properly. You then could sue in small claims court. however you must provide evidence from another exterminator or expert that the job was not done properly. Your damages would be the difference between the contract price $600.00 and what it costs you to correct the problem.
