Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

paid for product, no product given

Paid a local taxidermist to mount a deer head. Paid it in full,back in Dec.2005. Told me 6-9 months, than it went to a year,now I can't get him to return any of my phone calls. I do not know what I can do to get him to produce a product of give me my money back if I can't get a hold of him. would prefer product.

Sometimes a letter from an attorney is all that it takes to get the wheels moving again. Email me and we'll get him going. Usually this can be done very cheaply.
