Plastic in my sandwhich

i ate at a fast food restuarant and in my sandwhich was a peice of plastic that cut the roof of my mouth. can i sue and if so how do i go about doing so?

You do not indicate how long ago this happened. I assume it was a recent event. Did you seek medical attention to document the injury?. Did you report the injury to the restauarnt?
