All sales are either "as is" or with a warranty. Be clear and indicate that the sale, if it is over $500, is "AS IS." Put the words in big type - so that it is conspicuous. Why? Because if you do not do this, the implied warranties in the Pennsylvania Commercial Code will apply. You do not want the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to apply if you are the seller. Of course, if you are the buyer and the bill of sale does not contain either an express warranty or the words "as is," then the implied warranties will apply and the seller will be liable if the thing falls apart immediately.
