Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
product liability
Does the state of Pennsylvania allow incidental or consequential damages to be excluded or limited under vehicle warranties?
My daughter and I were almost killed because of a gross safety malfunction of our new car. It was taken to an authorized dealer that confirmed that a wire was corroded. More details are available if needed. Thank you

Re: product liability
That's a difficult question to answer based upon the facts that you gave, but if there were no actual damages, you can expect that the warranty (bearing in mind I have seen no documents in this matter) will probably only cover repairs, or what you spent on having it repaired. However, if you have additional questions, feel free to call or e-mail directly.

I would need to know more information. When did this happen. Were either you or your daughter hospitalized or otherwise have medical bills. If the accident happened as you state the warranty would be relevant. you may also have other remedies. If you would like to discuss this further you can contact my office.
