Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
I received natural gas from a third party supplier in Feb 2008. I was never billed for the gas. Their audit found this error and they are now billing me for it. Do I have an obligation to pay?

Assuming you had a written contract, the statute of limitations is six years. You're still responsible for paying for the gas you received.
