Repo mans responsibility to the auto owner

what are the repo mans responsibility to auto owner after the car is gone? for instance car is repoed owner makes arrangements with lien holder,lien holder oks release of the vehicle which has already been delivered to fourth party who in turn demands release papers.

If you are the registered owner you will be receiving a letter shortly from the titleholder stating the terms on which you can retrieve the car. If you do not receive the letter you should contact a consumer protection attorney.

If you have made arrangements with the lein holder they should be able to contact the repo company which in turn should be able to contact the fourth party to release the vehicle. If a couple of phone calls or faxes cannot clear up the matter an action in common pleas court could be filed. I offer free consultations.
