Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

resort prize giveaway
in order to be eligible for this event an income of at least 30,000$ was a reqirement. between my disabled husband and self-employ. income, we avg. 10-12,000 a year. Can we be binded to what we signed? We are locked into something we can not afford, we made a huge mistake. No money has been payed out as of now. Please tell us if there is anything we can do.

Re-cap: We went on a tour of a local family resort, we were guaranteed two out of five prizes just for touring, and a chance at winning a new car or $25,000 cash. The end result was we were made an offer in which we were given 6 weeks to pay a down payment of 595.87 then in May it's 139.09 a month over 5 years 18% int. totaling 8,663-09. We have'nt payed any monies out, as our tour was just yesterday. One last thing, they made us make the dec. then and there (today only)

p.s I said I made more money, because I was hoping to bring home some nice prizes and a chance for the grand prize. We got a 20.00 camera a tacky watch set and some copies of paintings.

By local you mean you are talking about something in Pennsylvania?

I would have to see the documents, but generally you would have a very short period (3 days) to get out.
