Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
I signed a 2 year agreement with verizon fios for a particular bundle package at a locked in price. Only 4 months in they changed the terms of the package but say I have to pay early termination fees if I cancel. I'm not getting what I signed up for. Isn't that breach of contract? Can they legally do this?
