Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
I sold a jet ski through craigslist as is and now 3 months later the guy says it needs $800 in repairs and that I had to have known about it (I did not). He now says I will pay half of the repairs or he will sue me in court. Can this actually happen? How do I know he didnt cause the problem?

Anybody can sue you at any time, so yes, it can happen. Will he prevail? depends upon how truthful you were when you sold it to him.
