How do I sue an insurance company for an auto claim

How do I sue the insurance company Zurich North America for refusing to play my claim for an accident which was not my fault, who do I name in the suit and where do I send the notice?

If it's an injury claim, you really need to see an attorney.

I'm assuming Zurich insured the other driver. If it's just property damage to your car, then you sue the other driver and you can do it in the Distict Justice court (assuming your damages aren't over 8 grand.)

If you want to have any chance of winning you will need to retain legal counsel, you can file on your own, but the insurance company will be represented by legal counsel and to put it bluntly, they will have any suit you put forth dismissed due to your lack of knowledge of the legal process.
