Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

Suing a ''Print-on-Demand'' publisher for incompetence

I hope you can tell me whether I have a legitimate case against a ''print-on-demand'' book publisher for incompetence.

1) I paid for a reviewers service ($200). The Company was supposed to send me a proof BEFORE they sent out the copies to the reviewers, as their advertisments stated. Well, they sent me my proof copy the same time they sent out copies to the reviewers. It contained incorrect information on my book. I contacted The Company, but nothing came of it.

3) They advertised that my book would be available to the major online bookstores. However, they listed all the wrong information. The Company didn't fix the problem, even though I continually corresponded with them about this. Finally, I contacted Ingram (the distributor) as well as the major booksellers and got it changed. (The Company gives themselves 90 days to fix these types of problems. By day 100 is when I took over.)

4) Finally, and what has upset me enough to seek legal advice has to do with the federal copyrights. I recently received my Certificate of Registration from the copyright office. However, The Company listed my artist as co-author of the book. So, she now has legal rights to my royalties.

I'd like to be reimbursed some of the $1500 I paid.
