Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

utility bill

I wanted to know what the date is that they can not turn your power off if your payment is late. I have been paying almost 800.00 a month for 2 power bills and my other bills are getting behind. I would like to be able to hold off for 1 or 2 weeks and pay my other bills but I am afraid they will shut me off. I know there is a date in the fall in Pa that they can not shut it off. Can you help me? I just need to know the date. Thanks

Re: utility bill

You asked about a date for not shutting off utilities.

What is wrong with you that you cannot look this up on your own?

Attorneys volunteer their time to answer legal questions here in the hopes that people will follow up and hire them to handle matters. Not to answer questions that are public information.
