Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Wrong Delivery
An oil company I do not contract with and never had delivered oil to my address instead of another. Now they want me to be responsible for their mistake.
Am I obligated to pay? I have no money.

Re: Wrong Delivery
So long as you didn't know it was being delivered (you weren't there when they delivered it and thus couldn't stop them) you are not responsible for paying them.
If you could have stopped them, and didn't, it's another story.
