Your income should be exempt. I need to know more about your debts and assets, but it sounds as though you might be judgment proof. What this means is that the creditor can sue you and get a judgment, but the creditor cannot collect. There is no wage garnishment in PA and your husband is not liable for your debts generally if these are all in yuor name.

Feel free to contact me to more thoroughly review your situation regarding your debts and assets.

You mention your husband is getting ready to walk? I hope you don't mean divorce. This issue is not worth getting a divorce over. However, I can counsel you on that too.
