3 weeks ago i was contacted about a money loan that i took out almost 4 years ago, i don't remember doing it honestly, but i did make agrangements to pay, i paid the bulk sum of $150.00 i was to pay today $100.00, but due to unforseen circumstanced i need to put it off for 2 weeks can i?

If you don't remember doing it, why did you agree to pay? It may be a scam. Also, the statute of limitations on contracts is 4 years, which means that if they didn't file a suit against you within the 4 years, you would owe nothing. Now that you agreed to pay, the statute of limitations starts over. So, they may file suit against you now if you don't abide by whatever agreement you made with them.
