Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I have an arbitration hearing scheduled in PA court for an unpaid credit card debt. Capital one is being represented by an attorney who phoned today to get a continuance..We are scheduled for next Thursday..If he doesn't show does that end this debt, or can they appeal??

Either party has the right to file an appeal within 30 days.
